I’m incredibly worried about losing my job, and incredibly worried that some friends are going to lose their jobs too. Up until today I felt pretty safe, and I might be overreacting, but I’ve had this growing feeling of impending doom over the last month. It’s the same feeling I get when I’m riding in a plane through an extended bought of really rough turbulence. I’m stressing the fuck out and practically ripping the SkyMall catalog in two, but trying to keep my head straight and not show it so I don’t freak everyone else out too. This jam, and 70 degree weather in middle of January, is the only thing keeping me sane right now.
