Austin Part 2
I finally got around to making that video of the Austin trip..

Just got back from Austin. I realized that I based my whole trip around eating, which is really easy to do since there was some really amazing food there. Seriously, I wanted to stop and eat at every restaurant I passed by. The Fecal show was on Saturday night and had a really great turn out. Actually a little too great since I don’t do so well with crowds. I’ve been trying to lay off the pills these days so I attended the event sober(ish). Needless to say, I went back to Michael and Allison’s house by midnight. Met some rad people though, and had my mind blown that strangers even knew my name. Kind of freaked me out. I didn’t get to meet this guy though, I was too busy chain-smoking in the corner. I also took no photos and most of the ones I did take were blurry. I think pills steady my hand and make me take better photos. Oh well, see you later photo career.
We went to The Salt Lick for BBQ right before leaving and it packed me with enough meat to not have to eat until right now. Actually I think I was so meat delirious that I hadn’t noticed that I was supposed to leave on Tuesday. I got dropped off at the airport with everyone on Monday and was promptly told by the woman at the desk that I was leaving the next day. What the fuck! How did I get this dumb? I had to pay an extra hundred bucks to fly home but it was okay. What can you do right?
When I got home there were some copied of Wooooo magazine waiting for me which cheered me up. Have you read that yet? So hilarious. I’m also working on a little video of the trip that I’ll add to this post soon as I get done.
